Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0 Feature: Multi-Currency
Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0 allows you to work with more than one currency. You can set a currency as a base currency (say £ sterling) and add others as foreign currencies. i.e US Dollar.

You can add any currency you like by selecting the New button and picking the desired currency from a list.

Many-to-Many Relationships, System-System relationships, Multiple relationships to the same entity

You can now:

  • create new relationships between system entities
  • create a relationship to the subject entity to add a subject lookup on your form
  • create multiple relationships to the same entity – for instance, add four user lookups to your form
  • create true many-to-many relationships between two entities
  • create self-referencing relationships, e.g. add a lookup to the opportunity form referencing another opportunity

Workflows
A workflow is now a CRM entity, and you can create them directly in the CRM web client. No need to start a CRM Workflow manager anymore.
